Westgate Branson Lakes Resort, Hollister

My stay was quite frustrating due to mobility issues that weren't addressed properly, leaving me with inadequate accessibility. While the bed was comfortable, the overall condition of the unit was subpar, and extra items like toilet paper were not up to standard. Despite being a resort, I was disappointed with the lack of care for special needs, making it challenging for my stay to be enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at the Westgate Branson Lakes. The property is well-maintained with a clean environment and modern updates in the units. However, I was disappointed that our lake-side unit had limited views, just three windows facing the hallway. Also, the Wi-Fi had an extra charge, which I felt should be complimentary. The location is peaceful, but the access to the lake could definitely be improved.

I had a good experience overall at this resort. The rooms were comfortable and offered beautiful lake views, but the decor felt a bit outdated. The staff was absolutely delightful, and the location made it easy to access local attractions. However, some areas need improvement, like the cold indoor pool and a few wear and tear issues in the room.

The resort has amazing views of the lake, particularly from the 2-bedroom units that run along the building. I appreciated the clean and comfortable accommodations, and the responsive staff made our stay enjoyable. However, our bottom-level unit fell short of expectations due to a blocked view and some cleanliness issues with the outdoor space. Also, the pool's hot tub was out of order, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a nice spot if you don't mind being slightly away from Branson.
